What is Fixed Fare Taxi?
Fixed Fare Taxi is a new taxi fare system. From the point of departure to the point of arrival, the taxi fare is stable. You can know your taxi fare before you take it. So it won’t be changed because of traffic jam or detour.
But highway tolls and parking fees will be charged separately.
If you would like to make more than one stop, or change the way via some places, in this case only from the last via stop to the arrival place is fixed fare.
And you will be charged the regular fare from the departure place to the last via stop.
We are not liable for any damages that may be caused by cancelled rides or late arrivals.
In certain circumstances we may ask you to change to another taxi during the ride.

Q1 : How can I meet my driver at the airport?
A: Your taxi driver (man or woman in dark blue business suits) will be holding a welcome-board with your name . He (or she ) will waiting for you at the arriving lobby.
Q2: How can I meet my driver at the hotel?
A: Please stay around the front desk or at the lobby.
In principle, your driver will call you to confirm your reservation before he arrive the hotel.
Q3: What happens if my plane is arriving early or late?
A:It’s depend on the time ,
①If it’s happen at the Japan Standard Time 8:30～17：30 ,please call our office 03-5915-1620.
②If it’s happen at the Japan Standard Time 17:31～8：29,our driver will check the arrival time of your flight and wait outside.But he(or she) can wait for you no less than 1 hour. After that , please take the regular taxi. In this case, you don’t need pay your cancellation fee.
Q4. What should I do if I can’t meet my driver ?
A:Please call our office 03-5915-1620 .We will advice you what you should do. Please wait at the place you are advised until the driver will find you at the airport or at the hotel.
If you leave the airport before meeting the driver even though you can’t meet your driver, you will be charged full amount fare for the reservation.
Q5. What if my schedule has changed?
A: You can change your schedule, but please make contact with us no less than 72 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time.
Q6.Do you accept the credit cards？
A:Yes, we accept the following credit cards.
Q7. Can I pay my taxi fare in foreign currency?
A: I’m very sorry. We accept only Japan Yen.
